On December 29^th 2020, CEC launched the establishing ceremony of China Electronics Co., Ltd., with a series of strategic cooperation signing ceremonies in Shenzhen.

The ceremony marked the inception of China Electronics Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Municipal Government and CEC signed an agreement on strengthening strategic cooperation. CEC also signed strategic cooperation agreements with China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), China Resources Group, China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN), and Vanke Group, followed by investment intention agreements with respect to the strategic investment of more than 10 billion RMB with CSSC, China Mobile Capital, Eastern Airlines Industry Investment Co., Ltd., China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd., CDB Capital, and Shenzhen Major Industry Investment Group Ltd. CEC subsidiaries including Kylinsoft, CEC Data, and Intelifusion have signed project cooperation agreements with Shenzhen Longhua District, Nanshan District, and Shenzhen Smart City Technology Development Group Co. Ltd. respectively.

China Electronics Co., Ltd. is a cyberspace operation platform built by CEC to pilot China's mixed-ownership reform, with assets and revenue in excess of 100 billion RMB. Strategically invested by state-owned enterprises and financial institutions, China Electronics Co., Ltd. was established to accelerate the building of the core strength and organizational platform of the national Cyberspace Security and Informatization industry.
